Alex Klokkaris is an inspirational Life Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Proprietor of Changing Lifecourse. With years of experience developing the direction, focus and potential of individuals and groups from all walks of life, Alex is a powerful bridge and catalyst successfully enabling people to make positive sustainable change and achieve meaningful goals.

Changing Lifecourse Training  works extensively with a range of collaborators including : Your Living Room CIC, Essex County Council, Colchester Institute, CVS Tendring, Signpost,  delivering innovative bespoke facilitation, training and coaching.

Her aim: To inspire and empower individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds to maximise their wellbeing, potential and performance while keeping the balance of all things that make us human, achieving positive results and often life-changing breakthroughs.

Alex is also collaboratively involved in the design and delivery of an extensive range of Mental Health Recovery courses funded by Essex County Council and delivered across North East Essex, based on the government’s recovery college model.

Alex trained with the flagship UK Coaching Academy to gain a distinction in Advanced Personal Performance Coaching and is a lifelong member of the Academy, holds a Person Centred Diploma in Counselling, a BA (Hons) in British Studies and a PGCE at Masters Level.
