What to expect:
When you call or email you will receive an appointment for a home visit and we’ll talk you through everything and if you are in agreement we complete a short assessment and then come and complete the work at a time that is convenient to you.
The service can include:
Removal of all rubbish
Trips to the recycling centre / charity shop
Helping with storage solutions

Each client is treated individually.
As a Social Enterprise, other streams of funding may be available to subsidise rates for people on lower incomes.

A member of staff will then arrange a convenient time to visit your property and assess your situation. We will then give you an estimate and an idea as to how long it will take to complete each room.
By the nature of the work, the length of the task may be unpredictable, therefore we charge an hourly rate, enabling you to decide how much you want to spend.
Some tasks are easier to estimate and we will be able to confirm a fixed fee.
There is a minimum booking of 2 hours per household.
We will then complete a short assessment and agree a time frame that you are comfortable with.
We always work at your pace and respect your wishes as to how you wish to dispose of any items.
Clients booking directly or organisations that have not signed a Service Level Agreement with Your Living Room will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimated cost either by BACS or card payment only with the balance due on completion.
We will also require a signed copy of our terms and condition before we can commence support.
As from 1st June 2019 we apologise for any inconvenience caused but we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
